I knew that the Seal U was what I wanted to purchase, and after visiting local garages and trying to negotiate a good deal, there was nothing that I thought was good value. I found my now car online and spoke to Olivia on the phone, she was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for and called me back within a couple of hours with exactly that! There was no need to negotiate as she simply delivered what I’d asked - the collection was booked for the following week. The handover was very easy, I was sent some documents to sign prior to arriving. I was greeted nicely, had a couple of things to check over - I noticed a few little scratches on the exterior, and she took it to get buffed out straightaway! I was very happy, everything was so smooth and easy and I would highly recommend
We already knew what we wanted so it was a relatively easy transaction - i would say relaxed and no pressure sale from the staff.

My experience at BYD Crewe was excellent because my sales man Wayne was very informative took the time to answer all our questions and there was no hard sale so we felt at ease with no rush to purchase. We went back the following week saw Wayne who answered more questions and put us at ease with a test drive .
Nothing was too much . We were so comfortable with him and the knowledge he shared we were convinced and brought a BYD instead of the tuscon we came to purchase and we don't regret it. He also successfully assisted my daughter in the purchase of her car . Thank you Wayne your a star for BYD
