I would not recommend BYD Crewe because i felt the whole experience could of been better. Visit one we were advised wrong information about giving PCP quotes. Then on collection of the car, one key were werent told the car came with one key even though on auto trader it was advertised as two. The whole experience on completing each stage wasn’t explained well. When dealing with customers there should be steps explained so people know what ti do & it’s transparent. Overall a bit of shambles

I'd recommend BYD Crewe to anyone because they dont pressure you to purchase, they are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The cars are a high specification as standard. Excellent to drive with a long waranty. Will definately purchase from BYD Crewe again in the future!
