I was treated very badly and lied to by the salesman I am very unhappy with the level of service I came to the main dealee which ment paying more for the car I thought this would mean a high level of customer seevice I was obviously wrong.
I would not recommend Audi Approved Colchester because, we were unable to collect the vehicle due to A12 being closed, salesperson offered to deliver vehicle the next day. The delivery driver new nothing about the car, paid for the vehicle via Harold wood Audi my local dealership. Nobody set me up with the my Audi App had to call the dealership next day to ask for help and invoice for my payment.
No instructions how to operate car in any way, All the dealerships was interested in was meeting the financial benefits of my purchase for the 31st of the Month.
I have never had this experience when purchasing a car and am disgusted that I have spent nearly 40k and have no idea what buttons do what.

I would not recommend Audi Approved Colchester because the car was advertised as having a full Audi main dealer service history, but it turns out this is not the case as the first service was done by Halfords. The S-Line badge is missing from the front near side wing, alloy wheel damage, steering alignment out and a leaking crank oil seal all discovered shortly after collection. To top it off, the car has never been registered in my name so 4 weeks down the line I do not have a V5c from the DVLA.
Overall a really poor post collection experience and the dealer have shown no real empathy or gone out their way to help rectify the issues faced. The non Audi service history was blamed on COVID despite the fact the first service was due when there were no restrictions in place.

My experience at Audi Approved Colchester could have been better. The level of care & interest from the “management team” appeared to us to be built around an air or arrogance based upon the “superior” Audi brand and the lack of used cars currently on the market. A disheartening and patronising process which we only stuck with as we needed to swap our car over and wanted to stick with a Q3.
