My experience at Ancaster Fiat Dartford was memorable because throughout the whole process i could not fault the communication.The only thing was that now and again the conversation was directed to my partner not to me he was paying for the car but it was for me.Other than that all we as should be.

The experience at Ancaster Fiat Dartford was great because the salesman communicated with me by phone or email every step of the way and sorted out any issues promptly and courteously. I also appreciated the extra touches like the video presentation of my car, the offer to tune the radio to my choice of stations, and the offer to talk me through controls etc as soon as the car had been delivered to me. The car delivery service was a big bonus as I live some distance from the dealer and tier restrictions were in place. Considering I did not in the end visit the dealer and bought the car unseen, I could not be happier with the outcome.

My experience at Ancaster Fiat Dartford could have been better because when we agree to collect vehicle on 9/jan when we viewed it had damage on rear wing and front alloy plus stain on back seat . None of which were there when we viewed and paid for car in December. this cleary should have been checked before handover . we had to go back 16/jan to collect after repairs .

They were patient and explained everything to me clearly as well as all the finance options. They were also really friendly and did not put any pressure on me, being a young first time buyer.
