My experience at Ancaster Nissan Slough could have been better because the sales service was good up to selling the car but went downhill when faults were found on interior and exterior of car . The car was taken back for 6 days to repair damage but when I was informed the car was ready there was new damage to paintwork and scratching in one area , The car is going back in for further repair . the car should have been checked before calling me to collect to ensure there was no new damage which was incurred whilst in their care being repaired.
All attention paid on selling the car with no visual quality checks. As of Monday 9 th Sept will be without the car again which is twice in three weeks

The service I received was below standard, and the handover and state of the vehicle was appalling. When I test drove the vehicle it was dirty (apparently they don’t clean their Nissan approved cars until they are sold) I pointed out various scratches on the vehicle and was assured they would be rectified upon handover. They weren’t, it looked even worse when they had badly washed it for handover. It hadn’t even been waxed. They then hastily waxed it on the morning of handover which made it worse. I then was ushered around the back for the final handover. It wasn’t going to get any better than that so I left thoroughly pissed off. I also paid for my vehicle in January picking up in early Feb to help with their “figures” but in the end it turned out a complete “Arthur Daley” experience of purchasing a used vehicle. Probably my fault for expecting too much from an approved Nissan.

I would not recommend Ancaster Nissan Slough because you missell PCP

My experience at Ancaster Nissan Slough was very bad just after the car was purchased or money paid. I was promised a drive away insurance valid for 1 week which I never received. So they never had one. Please be aware of this and be prepared for alternatives like getting the insurance beforehand to avoid any shocks later. Since the drive away insurance is not provided, it was a big risk for me to drive the car right away after the purchase and was fortunate enough to not have any incident. Also my GAP insurance is invalid for the duration I dont have comprehensive insurance on my car. I had to rush to get my insurance straight away. Till date I haven't received any GAP insurance paperwork.
Also don't fall for their GAP insurance and SupaGard cover. They will promise customers of lifetime guarantee with this product but there is no documentation to support this.Manager promised me to send this but it has not reached me despite of me chasing it several times. So now I cannot approach them with any defects or problems related to this product in future as I will not have any lifetime guarantee proof for this cover.
Whenever you try to call them, they are always busy with so called "Customers" all the time and never bother to return the call back.
Please beaware of these problems from Nissan Ancaster at Slough when you purchase your car.

I'd suggest Ancaster Nissan Slough to a friend because reasonable used car prices

I would not recommend Ancaster Nissan Slough because the work was not completed before my pick up date, paperwork was missing, drove back to the Ancaster for the work to be completed, wasn’t done, so 2 hours wasted, almost 3 weeks later and still waiting. Was due to have a Supaguard pack, no pack given. Paperwork completed wrongly........
