My experience at Vertu Nissan Northampton could have been better because I was miss sold a broken vehicle and then left stranded hours from home with no communication from the dealership. It has been over 2 weeks since this incident and I have yet to receive my refund never mind reimbursement for travel costs and vehicle hire costs since the breakdown
