Overall my experience of Vertu Land Rover Bolton was great. Sales Advisor Rob made the buying process smooth and simple. Within days a small issue arose and it was rectified within hours. Another occurred after a couple of weeks but that required more chasing of the management team by me which was disappointing. If I hadn’t had to chase it would have been 10/10.

We had a lovely experience purchasing our brand new Jaguar i-Pace with Jake (Jacob). He was such a lovely guy and kept us up to date with our purchase from beginning to end. The whole dealership was pleasant to deal with too and also very helpful. We were travelling from a distance to collect our car so Jake kindly agreed to collect us from the train station on the day we were collecting our car. Jake was also a superstar with our son who didn't know that we were taking the car away with us that day so Jake played along with our plan which worked really well when he did the big reveal ! Would recommend asking for Jake for your next purchase !
