I'd endorse Ducati Sunderland because the salesman Neil was very knowledgeable about the motorbike, friendly, couldn't have been more helpful, and did not make any pressure on the sale in any way. It was a really great experience overall dealing with Neil. Perfect.

Customer service was fairly poor. No call after sale to see how I was getting on as instructed I would. Bike was dirty on delivery and told the valeter was on holiday. 2 fairing bolts missing from fairings and initially was expected to pay for this before having conversations. Just disappointing for a Ducati dealership. Bought many Ducatis from other dealerships and the service was top notch

My experience at Ducati Sunderland could have been better because the communication was extremely poor and I had to keep chasing up. Very stressful & bike wasn’t even clean, mirror loose on bike, chain grease all over bike tyre and brake!

The experience at Ducati Sunderland was good because attitude of the salesman was welcoming and friendly however this was let down by the quality of the second hand bike I purchased from Vertu Ducati Sunderland, very disappointed with the workmanship from the service department
