The experience at Drayton Motors OMODA JAECOO Grantham was good because the actual sales part was good, and I purchased a Demonstrator J7.
On collection it was raining heavy, and I did not conduct as good of an inspection as I should have. The next day my son in law was looking at the car, and noticed a small dent just above the fuel port ( small and hard to see, but once noticed, you always see it) I reported this and the fact that the car needed a software/ hardware update ( parked at home pointing uphill and brake lights stayed on. Parked facing downhill and brake lights went off)
DAB radio did not work and needed upgrading.
On returning to Grantham (Kia) for repair works, I went to Jeacoo and spoke to the manager regards the dent, but because I had not picked this up ( in the heavy rain) he couldn't do anything for me. I did take a care plan out covering small body works and scratches but did not have the paperwork, so they emailed them to me to allow me to make a claim.
I found this very poor customer relationship being as I had just paid a lot of money for the car. I also mentioned the petrol fuel intake cover did not aline with the cars body work, and was fobbed off with the comment that this is the normal, with J7s, again Very disappointed with the comment. I have agreed to allow this to be published, but I don't think I'll be seeing it.
Hope someone will confirm that they have received and read the comment.
