JudgeService says: SAPAAS is the new SAAS
Software is at the heart of every marketing research company. But beyond that how do you differentiate your business? The key is in how you offer your service, how your business goes above and beyond, to and stand out from the crowd. Our founder Neil Addley gave us his take on what it is to be more than just a software company.
“I was asked the other day to describe what JudgeService is about and what makes us stand out against our competitors. Whilst it is true that we are a software business, I would argue there is a line of differentiation, that separates us from others.
Many software businesses can offer high quality software to their clients, but there are some that not only provide software but also people as a service, SAPAAS, as it were. When we asked our clients why they prefer us to our competitors, the response was because they get a higher level of personal service. Whether they are a large dealer group or a smaller business, all our clients receive software with a smile.
We pride ourselves in offering the whole package. The core product our clients receive and enjoy is the software. But there is also a warm body at the other end of the phone, who can walk the customer through the process, to improve their business. Leaving your clients to fend for themselves might create a hugely scalable online business but that’s not us.
We operate by having real people, in the UK, on hand and ready to take our clients calls. If they don’t reach out to us, we reach out to them. We grow deep relationships, not just password requests.
Whilst our approach may be less profitable in the short term, it should aid long term retention.
When we look at our competitors, we are told of a lack of proper account management, people replaced with chat bots, FAQ’S or anonymous support emails.
Our mission is to help make the world a better place, one customer at a time, and that requires more than just SAAS, it requires SAPAAS, personal service on top of high-quality software.”
