We were genuinely delighted with our experience at Hendy Performance - Garon, the salesman was fantastic to deal with, even though we dropped in with no notice.
He was knowledgeable, informative, very helpful, and not pushy in anyway. He kept us informed at every step of the journey and handed over the car in beautiful condition with all of the jobs and extras that we had agreed on, correct and done. All of the other staff at the dealership were very friendly throughout and we couldn't have felt more welcome. Best experience that I've had with a garage in many years. Thank you.

Hendy Performance Exeter were great because the team are very friendly and disarming. They were very patient with me whilst I explored different finance options. I wasn't buying the most expensive car available, far from it in fact but the service felt authentic and that's rare these days in my experiance. I was quite sure I wanted an Emira, but popped into the Hamilton dealership to have a look at the various colours and specs on the flesh.
The mechanic who was checking on a few of th vehicles was very friendly and knowledgeable, already a great experience before the salesman came out in the rain to see me.
Some dealerships are reluctant to let you drive their cars, but Cameron was adamant that I should get in one. Naturally I obliged.
After some negotiation and a desire to get my business, I couldn't help but purchase my Lotus from Cameron at Hamilton, which is some 5 hours away from my home address. But entirely worth it.
Absolutely fantastic experience, great communications throughout the purchase and collection.
