I would not recommend Birchwood Ford Eastbourne Commercial because I had a puncture after 20min on the way home. I also wasn't made aware that my van didn't have a spare wheel until the last 30 seconds before leaving with it. I also did feel a bit rushed in checking the van before leaving, as the carpark was very busy and the van was left blocking others in that wanted to get out. Also I wasn't completely happy with how clean the inside was. There was wrappers under the seats and peanuts between the crease down the back of the passenger seat. I think it was cleaned inside quickly last minute after I waited a week for it all to be done and ready to pickup. I am pleased with the van, just not the puncture and other things I've just said.

I found my dream Ford Mustang on auto trader. I called the dealership & dealt with Brad. Brad was excellent & kept me fully informed about the car & called back when he said he would.
Handover was amazing with the car all wrapped up in the showroom & some lovely flowers. I’ve been in contact with Brad after the purchase. Excellent service, highly recommend.
