The experience I had was okay. I found it a very long process that should have taken much less time to be honest. When I said I have cash already there was no need to waste my time on the finance offer,etc. I just came to road test the vehicle then come back to sign the paperwork once I made my decision to buy the vehicle. It was five hours of total time which honestly is ridiculous! My time road testing and thinking about the vehicle was up to an hour. I came at noon and left when it was getting dark. I have bought cars in the past and took less than two hours including getting the financing. I definitely will not put myself through that again.
