The whole process from start to finish was smooth and easy. Avalon Motor Company staff were good because they contacted me within minutes of making an enquiry online, was able to see the vehicles the same day and drive off the forecourt within the hour.
They were helpful and informative and I felt completely at ease.

Avalon Motor Company were great because car was well prepared and communication good. However two warning lights show - tire pressure, now sorted by me and power steering fault light which I will bring to their attention. It could be that the car has been in stock for a while and could have been checked over again before delivery. However, nice people to deal with!
